2. By using this website and/or purchasing any of our products or services you are entering into a legally binding Agreement with The Alternative Punters Syndicate.

3. You may not use this website or purchase any of our products or services unless it is legal to do so in the Country from where you are accessing this website.

4. Owing to the nature of the products and services provided (digitally transmitted information), refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Once you have purchased, and been provided with, any of our products or services, the transaction is final.

5. Membership of our subscription based services are renewable on the agreed terms and your subscription payment will be taken as your express wish to renew your membership for your chosen period. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time by giving written notice to us no later than 24 hours before your subscription payment is due. If you decide to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to cancel your payment instructions with PayPal, your bank or any other payment method you may use before it is due. If you fail to do this then any payments made to us will not be refunded including for part used subscriptions.

6. When we offer a free trial of any of our membership subscription services, there will be restrictions on who can apply. These restrictions will be displayed on the relevant page of our website. If you apply for a free trial to which you are not entitled then your membership will not be activated until we receive your first payment.

7. When you cancel a free trial subscription, your membership will be de-activated immediately. When you cancel a paid subscription, your membership will be de-activated at the end of the period for which you have paid.

8. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided on this website and in any of our products and services is accurate. However no responsibility is accepted by The Alternative Punters Syndicate or its agents for any loss whatsoever caused by errors or omissions whether negligent or otherwise.

9. You are advised not to bet with money you cannot comfortably afford to lose. The Alternative Punters Syndicate will not be held responsible for money staked/lost, for any debts/liabilities incurred or for any consequential loss by you whether as a result of following the information provided on this website, in any of our products or services,  or otherwise.

10. By acquiring any of our products or services you acknowledge and agree that they are for your sole use. You agree not to pass on any information provided by any of our products or services to any other person by any means whatsoever without the written permission of The Alternative Punters Syndicate. This will be granted if you apply for a distribution licence. A distribution licence costs £5,000.00 per calendar month and is subject to a minimum term contract of 60 months. 11. If you pass on any information provided by any of our products or services to any other person by any means whatsoever then you expressly accept and agree that it will be deemed that you have acquired a distribution licence. Similarly, if you copy, republish or distribute any part of any of our products or services by any means whatsoever you expressly accept and agree that it will be deemed that you have acquired a distribution licence. In the event of any of these circumstances, you expressly accept and agree to pay The Alternative Punters Syndicate the sum of £5,000.00 immediately and the same amount each month thereafter for a further 59 months. Legal action will be taken against you if any payment is outstanding for more than 7 days. We will also initiate criminal proceedings against you for infringing our rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. A person found guilty of an offence under this Act may be fined, imprisoned or both.

12. The Copyright, Disclaimer and Privacy notices published below form part of this Agreement.

13. If any provisions of this Agreement shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable, the same shall not affect the validity or enforceability of this Agreement as a whole, which shall in such a case be construed as though the invalid or unenforceable provision had been omitted.

14. This Agreement shall be construed according to English law.
